Youth Strength and Conditioning

Fitness classes for youth.

Our youth fitness classes are a fun-filled and energetic way for kids to relieve stress and burn off calories while learning about fitness.

Students will improve their conditioning, flexibility, balance, speed, and agility through a series of exercises targeted for youth. In addition, students will learn the importance of flexibility and proper body movement for injury prevention.

What: Strength and Conditioning Bootcamp
Who: Kids ages 6-16
When: Tuesdays from 4-5pm, 6/27-7/18
Where: Penasquitos Creek Park across from Park Village Elementary
What to bring: Water, training shoes, and towel
