Coach Travon will change the way you think and feel about fitness.
During our core and conditioning class you will use a variety of small weights and the power of your own body to build core muscle groups and improve your balance and posture.
The exercises in this class will strengthen your abdomen and back muscles, increase lean muscle mass, increase your flexibility, burn fat, and boost your resting metabolic rate.
When: Tuesday from 5pm - 6pm, Friday from 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Where: Penasquitos Creek Park across from Park Village School
What to bring: Water, yoga mat, and towel
Adult Fitness Bootcamps
Class sessions typically run for a duration of 6 week every Tuesday and Friday. Next 6 week session begins 4/30 @5pm Don't miss out!
